About Us

The DCC Museum is the world’s only museum dedicated to keeping the Digital Compact Cassette (DCC) format alive.

We actively restore and preserve all DCC equipment, supported by the world’s only warehouse containing both original and newly fabricated spare parts for DCC devices.

Our mission includes producing new music on original DCC tape, ensuring that the format not only survives—but continues to evolve.

We also archive a wide range of DCC-related materials, including documentation, manuals, advertisements, prototypes, and other historical artifacts.

The DCC Museum is curated by DRDCC (Digital Restoration DCC), ensuring expert preservation, restoration, and ongoing innovation in the DCC format.

We welcome anyone who wishes to contribute.

Please consider donating items or becoming a Patreon supporter of the DCC Museum.

The DCC Museum is open by appointment only.
